Shipping Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase!
If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 14 days of the purchase date.
Returns by Mail
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date.
Please include a copy of the receipt with your return.
In-Store Returns
You may also return your item in person within 14 days of the purchase date.
Please bring your receipt (or proof of purchase).
The original Kid You Not Kids store tag must still be attached.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must:
Be in the same condition as purchased.
Have the original store tag attached.
Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Items returned without the original store tag or after the 14-day return period will not be accepted.
As a small business, we're unable to provide prepaid return shipping labels or reimburse return shipping costs. We appreciate your understanding and support of our small business!
